Having Brent and Rachael as our travel agents was very helpful for planning but even more importantly, for making changes and adjustments on the fly. We had one tour cancelled by the tour company and Journey Genies was able to get another tour scheduled in it’s place. They were also able to nail down a meeting place for us to meet up with our tour group which was a big help. They were very prompt with responding to our emails which was very much appreciated. Journey Genies made all our honeymoon wishes come true! Though they offered to put together an itinerary for our trip to New Zealand, we wanted control of that aspect of our trip. They gave us an itinerary from previous clients to use for ideas and also gave us a templated itinerary spreadsheet, which were both very helpful. Once we had the itinerary figured out, they booked all of our flights, activities, hotels, and rental cars in a timely fashion. We only specified in which cities we wanted our hotels, and they researched and found hotels for us that fit our criteria and budget. We were pleased with all of the ones they chose. When our glowworm cave tubing experience was cancelled on our trip due to weather, all we had to do was email them and an alternative activity was quickly booked for us. Our first wish was the perfect honeymoon, so what's our second wish? To have Journey Genies book another trip for us!

Their ability to assist with any aspect of a trip makes them an invaluable resource. Need them to plan your whole trip? Check, they'll knock it out of the park. My wife and I had a trip out to California were we did the bulk of the planning, but I figured I'd still give Journey Genies a shot. ENROUTE to our trip while we were still on the plane they found a better car rental, set it up, and then made sure as soon as my phone powered up in San Diego that I knew they found me a better deal!
